This is my addons folder for my dedicated server. As you can see, its a very short list and yet every time someone oher then me joins, I get an engine error. This is a fresh download of all the content so the server is completely up-to-date. This is getting very annoying. I've been told thats its Wiremods fault, too many addons etc... I fail to see the point in making additional content for a game if you can't use it.
That's not a short list
It actually is. I have way more client side then the server does and my client is working fine.
Client != server
It just happened again. I join, friend #1 joins, thats ok. Friend #2 joins, server crashes. This problem seems localized to me. There are 1000's of other servers and they are just fine but I have to run mine in Base Gamemode with nothing on it at all in order for more then 2 people to join.
I have noticed that the more entities you have the more this happens. I removed Spacebuild Modelpack (D:) and then this didn't happen as often.
SBMP has like 300 or more entities... So if this is related to the amount of entities you have, you can see why removing SBMP will make it happen way less.
So.... Lets see. I need to remove the most essential model pack needed to make not only ships but whatever you can come up with?! I'll say it again, "Whats the point in making addons if they just crash servers"? I know. It's because of bad code that can't handle all this user created stuff.

He's got a point. Whats the point of using addons if even the essential addons (wire,sbmp,phx, etc.) alone are too much? That has got to be the smallest list of addons for a GM server I've ever seen.
