The reason iv'e set out to build a Role Play community is so that no longer do you have to go server jumping looking for a good rp server.I've had enough of abusive admins,RDM,and all other forms of mingery(including NLR).

I am sick of people using NLR as an excuse to demote/RDM so ive modified it to be where if you get RDM
then NLR is cancled.I have 3 admins that have the same veiws on minges that i do,give them a warning then punish acording to what they did.On top of this Iv'e changed the settings to allow for a better time of RP.
[b]The Server[/b]
I am not going to EVER give admin for some random person who pays me $5. Iv'e seen this mistake ruin to many servers to allow it.Me and my 2 other friends are Hand Picking the respected and from there we can move on to get respected isn't that hard all you have to do is RP and not be a minge.
I may start accepting donations to expand and make new servers for different gamemodes and the benifit will be some sort of perk as of now thinking of making it to were you dont have to be voted in.

This doesn't sound promising. OP needs motivation.
There are a lot of owners that says these things. Tell us, What makes your server unique?
First Off we dont have 30 different classes that are just different names for hitman and we enjoy relaxed Rp not what most servers have which is just "Look no admin DIE!!!!!!" and "We're not letting random people become admins or respected we're watching to see what people we know can watch the server and not abuse.Lastly I'm just sick or minges flooding every server and ruining it for everyone.

Having three admins isn't going to stop minges by the way. You can easily say you want to stop minges and rule breakers and make your community the best out there, but as OrDnAs said, what are you actually going to do to stop it?
Taking away the NLR rule is surely just going to increase the amount of RDM isn't it? The NLR rule is there to try and stop that, by taking it away you're not solving the problem, you're just ignoring it. Also, I've never seen an RP server with 30 jobs, they all have around 10 or less.
You need ways to actually stop NLR rather than just make it a rule, for example have a cool down timer on when you can use a gun or make it so you need to get a new gun licence every time you die. I'm not the best of RP'ers so I don't really know what to do here, but I do know that to make a minge-free RP server you need to have hardcoded ways of stoping people from breaking rules in the first place.
To me this just seems like one of the many other Dark RP servers out there.
NLR doesnt help stop RDM people twist it around so much to the point were it just becomes excuses to be a minge me and my other friends who are admins arnt putting up with any minge that claims that sniping the police isnt RDM because hes a "bad person" then dieing just so he cant be arrested
Well so far it seems weve been getting a bit of server flow we got up to 10 people and everyone on said they liked the server alot and added it to favs.
