Need help looking for an advertisement script.

I'm almost positive that Garrysmod has an individual script that allows you to input messages and it will appear on your servers chat every 10-15 minutes or so,

And more specifically, I'm looking for one that will convey different messages each time, for example.

I have message 1,2,3,4,5. (5 completely different messages set)

In the server, the first 15 minutes it will play message 4, in another 15 minutes message 2, Another 15 minutes message 5, another 15 minutes, message 2, another 15 minutes message 3.

If you didn't catch my example, I want it to randomly pick a set message and play it, randomizing each interval(15 minutes)

If you don't know what I mean by Messages, think about the ULX message that comes up in the server saying, "This server is using ULX"

Sorry for bumping this thread But I have thought of another example, a perfect example of what I'm talking about is Dark RP's "Tips" that display at random times.
