Like I said before, I tried to download COD NCPs from garrysmod.org. I have an account there and I dont know where to put the file to ectract it. Or, do I have to buy COD on my steam profile to get them.

If not, tell us what the names of the folders are in. If they aren't in addon format, put the folders in their respective areas in the garrysmod folder.
EX-
garrysmod/materials
put the materials folder in there.

Alright, to installl an addon is coming.
Follow these folders
Program Files (or Program Files (x86)) > Steam > steamapps > [steam account name] >garrysmod >garrysmod > addons
Put the COD NPCS folder that is in the zip in there.
FYI i did and nothing popped up.
