Tool gun not showing

I started my server but when I go in the game, the Tool Gun doesn't show up on weapons menu etc..What's Up

Admin settings inside the game? how do i do that (i know dumb question)

or do i go to a specific file on the server side??

Yes, ver 2.3.7 and i have reinstalled DarkRP but maybe its not config right or?

If you want to give it to a singe user, try "rp_grant tool <user>" as superadmin. If you want to allow it globally, try "rp_toolgun 1".
