Well this should be easy to explain... alright so when i press abutton to select a weapon i cant see what weapon im selecting (you know how theres supposed to be that menu that shows the name of the weapon and stuff?) so yeah.. please help?
I get that too, must be aleast some kind of bug or update.
I've had it for a while now, ever since I first got Gmod.
Thats when i got it aswell I even tried reinstalling too.
Were you playing SP or MP?
If MP, your own server, or someone else's?
SP and MP it never hsows up

Don't be an ass like you own us, but I suggest turning fast weapon switch on, playing like that for a bit (5 mins or so) then turning it off and see if that does anything.
I have that on already but i will try shutting it off.
If you have Fast Weapon Switch on, you won't have a weapon selection HUD anyway, please tell me you knew that :bang:
