Hello, My TF2 shotgun model has appeared like this from the first day i installed Garrys mod, can anyone tell me how to fix this problem or link to a fix / new skin.

These models (from TF2 & HL2) share the same material name and hierarchy, there isn't a way to fix it properly without recompiling the models with different material names.
You could attempt to copy the TF2 shotgun material into the material's directory under the proper subdirectory, however, then the HL2 shotgun would take the TF2 material.
