When you reinstalled did you get rid of all your addons? if not, do that. Then try again.

Upgrading to Windows 7 fixes this problem. Alternatively, increase the size of your virtual memory.
Sorry don't have that good of a pc and i don't have that much money :(

Virtual memory costs nothing. It's allocated from your hard drive.
Fixed, needed to unmount tf2, for some reason :confused:
