Advanced Duplicator won't save parented props.

I'm using the latest SVN versions of Advanced Duplicator and Easy Precision, both were recently updated (IE: five minutes ago). The problem began after an SVN update done late last week when working on an aircraft design. I attempted to paste it for a test flight, when I discovered that none of the parented wing details would save. Before the update, parented props would advanced duplicate just fine, now they don't. I'm not sure if the problem lies with a change made to either tool, or some other factor i'm unaware of, as no error messages appear when I attempt to duplicate a parented prop. The symptoms are that a child prop doesn't appear in the ghosted contraption, regardless of which prop the contraption is copied from, and when the contraption is pasted, none of them paste with it.
