I downloaded darkrp 2.3.7 and installed it on my srcds server and when i launch gmod and connect to it the f4 menu doesnt pop-up. Is that normal, or am i just stupid lol. But seriously ive been reading alot of forums about it and i cant find the answer. I tryed reinstalling from the first link on the forum wen it first came out and it didnt work then i tryed the gmod.org and it also didnt work. So im not sure wat is wrong. Thank you it would b awesome if you could help me out cuz i really wanna have a darkrp server!

Also im trying to get ulx admin mod to work and wen i enter the command to give me admin it doesnt work (ulx addusers id superadmin) If some1 could answer that 2 tht would b awesome k thnx

Sounds like you haven't tried the SVN version? Try doing an SVN checkout to "http://darkrp.googlecode.com/svn/trunk". The Garrysmod.org versions don't exactly work too well anymore.
As for the ULX/ULib problem you are having, what error are you getting?
Please improve upon your spelling and grammar. When we have no idea what you're saying, it's very hard to help you.
You might have a conflict with addons as such.
