I recently have been downloading a lot of maps lately, mainly rp_bahumet (I know I spelled it wrong. The big spaceship one) and the best buy map, and they are filled with the purple checkerboards. The bestbuy map didn't come with any textures, and the bahamet one (just trying a different spelling) came with two textures, but no info on where to put them.
I remember having a similar problem with the Best Buy map once. I think you need CS:S for the textures to work.
I have CS:S though. I remember playing the best buy map in CS:S with bots (sans textures, though) about 3 years ago.
I found out the the .zip of the maps that I got were incomplete, but my skybox for rp_bahamet is still incomplete.
defrag garrysmod and css it will work then i hope
What if you don't have CS:S? I bought Gmod with TF2... :/
Did you enable the CS:S content to work on your garrysmod?
Does anybody know how I can get the skybox in rp_bahamet?
