GMod crashes after 1 minute

When I load up a map and play for 1 minute, Gmod crashes. Here is a screenshot:

twitch weapons gave my the same prob i uninstalled them and gmod works

found it try adding
-nocrashdialog
to your launch options
- Suppresses some memory could not be read errors
