Just started up gmod and...

i started up my gmod and it randomly froze i waited 5 minutes but still nothing it wont let me click or anything help:3

Not sure if this works, but you can try:

Change your launch options to "-dxlevel 81" without the ""

if that did not help, go to C:\Program Files\steam\SteamApps\<SteamLoginName>\garrysmod
In that folder there will be another folder called garrysmod, delete it and you will have a new clean gmod folder (but you will lose your addons and materials/maps etc...)

otherwise your pc just isn't good. if it is then re-install the game. if it still has the same problem, your on your own.
