I had to replace a lot of models and other things.
Is there a way to go back to the Default Gmod folder that i started up with?

Yeah, just delete everything.
This really didn't require a thread.
All you need is stacker, PHX3, wiremod, and smartsnap.
Just delete garrysmod/addons to get rid of addons
Just delete garrysmod/lua to get rid of lua stuff
Just delete garrysmod/maps to get rid of maps
ect....
Don't worry, it will create a new folder with the default garrysmod stuff inside
Just delete steamapps/garrysmod/
The entire thing - steam will unpack the rest of the stuff you need from the gcf. (you won't need to re-download)
