If i load a dupe, crash. type in chat,, crash. spawn too many thrusters, crash. i just downloaded a new pack of stuff (my first download on bittorrent), and now if i use anything that is included in the pack i downloaded it crashes. my friend says he went to another website instead without a torrent and it works. i reinstalled everything. can anyone help? i love the pack but my opening my new spawnlist even crashes it. i dont have a browse section anymore. i cant even play multiplayer without crash. i also cant save my game. i am posting this because
1: torrents need to go
2: i am having huge trouble.
P.S. on an unrelated note, i am having other crash problems on missing info. they happen for different reasons though, like loading a game.
um, maybe you had too many addons, so your game overloaded.
maybe you did the torrenting stuff wrong.
maybe you are spamming thrusters making your game shit itself.
maybe you are making this up so you can blame torrents for another thing they didn't do.
maybe you have a lua virus.
maybe your computer sucks.
maybe you should edit the download link of the .torrent file so you can just directly download the pack (assuming that hasn't been fixed yet).
maybe you should use one of those sites that downloads torrents for you, so you only get the regular .zip stuff.
maybe you should lower you graphics so there is less strain on your computer.
the list goes on and on.
the ones I listed might help.
EDIT: okay, I looked through some of your posts. I think the issue might be your 20 GB addons folder...
Delete like 3/4ths of your addon folder and then we will continue to troubleshoot. Refusal will result in non helping and your game continuing to crash.
i will try that. i do hate torrents but im not just making this up. but my computer is a great computer so i dont think its graphics or anything like that. but another problem is that my browse section is gone. could it be its too big? a little rectangle shows up in the left hand corner and says "+all" like in the browse folder but if i click it just crashes. it like in the wrong place.

i will post again after i clear up some space. and the 20 gb is my whole gmod folder, not addons
