If I bought Garry's Mod and Counter Strike:Source and I was free-to-play in Team Fortress 2, would I still have all the models and other content from TF2?
Yes, you would get all of the benefits of having Tf2. As long as its installed.

Yeah you just have to have it installed and checked off on the bottom of the main menu of Gmod (the little controller).
You do realise there is no difference in content between TF2 premium and TF2 free?
