I've been having this server for some time now and usually people like it. I've edited the majority of entity's for the best in my opinion, added 2 new types of printers and some other entity's as the ammo box. I updated the weapons AND NO, I am not gonna make you download the spawn icons!

PC Technician - Only he can spawn the install disk

Drug Dealer - Can purchase weed plants
Banker - Can store somebody's printer legally

Althought I agree that PCMod it's useless you can perfectly use a HL2 PC Screen and /me to give a better idea of what are you doing.

Actually, with the servers of today... yeah, almost everyone has/must have Wiremod and Phx

Every realistic server will not have phx, TacoNbanana don't neither do I.
Why is phoenix unrealistic?
Is just metalplates and build props?
