lately my phygun has been weird when i pick up anything like a phx plate or section of a spaceship at random times the object stops and i have to reclick on it i have all SB3 things all from a SVN on his site.
Have you tried backing up your current install and downloading a new one to see if the physgun works again? If so you might want to test whatever you have added recently. Sometimes new things change other things.
