I get this error when trying to start steam or games, I've been having it for the past hour. Steam.exe(main exeception): CMultiFieldBlob(pSerialized): Partial Field Header at end of Record Help?
This is a steam issue, not a Gmod issue. I suggest asking on the steam support site for more help.. (This is the fourth time today I've had to write this exact same message.. Lol :P )

Try this 5-step solution: 1. Exit steam 2. Navigate to your steam folder 3. Delete the clientregistry.blob file 4. Restart your PC 5. Run steam, now it should work
If what Vadox said fails, try deleting everything in the Steam folder except Steam.exe and Steamapps, run Steam and it should redownload all the files and fix your problem.
