Can any one make these npcs into player models for me?

or send me a step by step turtorial on how to do it (no basic knowledge on how to do it)
If it's an NPC, it can be used as a playermodel, because in order to use the HL2 NPC base, a ragdoll has to be in Valve Biped, which is what playermodels also use.
As far as I remember, all you need to do is put it in addon format and have a lua file in it. Go download a playermodel or NPC off garrysmod.org and check their shared.lua file, and copy it over, changing the names of the model and so on.
