Just got a new computer and installed garrys mod, and now whenever I have to generate spawn icons they are all just black. The already rendered ones like hl2 props are all fine, but things like pheonix are all messed up.
Have you tried right clicking and re-rendering all? Or deleting the spawnicons folder.
I have re-rendered them, and same things. I did delete the folder and it still rendered them all black.

Well while the icons were rendering and I saw they were still black I alt tabed to reply to this and then went back in and the other half that was rendering are now showing up correctly, and I rendered them all again and they all work now.

Ok, nevermind they're broken again. I have no idea what's wrong.
Are you running latest video drivers? Try updating them if you're not
Yes I have up to date drivers, I have 2 ATI Radeon HD 5850's in cross fire mode with catalyst revision 10.3. I can only get them to generate correctly if I alt tab while they are rendering, alt tab back in and then re-render them all.
