Hello, my name is pjwaffle. I have an idea for an RP gamemode called RealRP. We need help with lua (I can do some of this with my friend), models, and textures. I will post the ideas/points of the projects in bullet form: * The point of this gamemode is to focus a bit more on realism. * You don't just hold f4 and click on something to buy a money printer. * You can't left click to come back to life. BUT you can get revived by a medic (for the purposes of RealRP anyway) * You can't talk so people can hear you across the map. BUT you can use a radio or something similar to get a message across * You can't buy "shipments" of things that appear out of nowhere. BUT you can buy this from someone else. * And most debatable (for gameplay purposes) but true of all is that your job isn't automagically chosen by pressing a button in the "job menu" So you think I've just listed the problems in RP? Lets list the things that should be expanded upon. * The "money" system should be expanded most of all. The price of something should be based on the price of labor. (Is everyone too lazy?). But also the challenge of getting the raw materials. There should be an electronic market accessed by a specially built contraption (a computer) that can be used to place "world-wide" orders to buy things. So the point? Focus on business and economy just as much as "roles" to make RP more realistic. Thanks for reading! Sincerely, Pjwaffle
Everything in this can be rped.
