Is there anyway to save a spawnlist for NPCS, Weapons, Vehicles etc?

I have been trying for ages, also looked for maybe an addon that offers it, but with no luck.
If anyone knows of a way, or maybe even if Garry is adding it in the next patch, I really want to know.

Move a prop somewhere by dragging and dropping within the context menu. A panel should fall down from the left side with a blank field and a Save button. Enter a name and click Save. A new list should appear.

When ever i edit a tab and save, restart and come back its back to default.
