Also, don't post just to advertise your videos.
That FPS is horrible, your game settings are not fit for recording, and you just shouldn't record if you can't get a solid 30 FPS while using maximum settings. You should think about upgrading your PC so you can actually play Source games on maximum settings and still get a constant 30 FPS while recording. Also, if you can't record sound on your first try, you shouldn't upload a soundless gameplay video to YouTube.
