Somebody left their hacks on while in my servers...

Keep in mind, I have sv_allowcslua at 0.

He was indeed hacking, as I joined and he had ~73 kills in ~7 minutes.

I have removed names and the HUD to protect the privacy(of me, and my players/server)

I'm assuming the hack is called "hera", since the "hera radar", but I'm not too sure.

Any ideas on how to block it? :C
