How do you get rid of all your weapons and how do you change player speed?

I want to know how to get rid of all my weapons so I can walk with hands side by side for realistic walking and how do you change the speed of the player, is it a command or do you have to download anything?

When I need to loss weapons, I get either anti-noclip, or anti-noclip field, and set it up to affect me, and to strip weapons.

Then, I noclip through the prop, and loss all my weapons

Okay I will try this, how about changing player speed, you know how to do this?

Place it directly in garrysmod/garrysmod/lua/autorun/FILE HERE

Now start your game and go in the console, and type in "bind g DropWeapon".
You can now click g to drop your current weapon, when you've dropped all of them your hands should side by side.

[b]Walk speed:[/b]
If you need to walk in "walk speed" use the command +walk. If you need to specify the speed you can use cl_forwardspeed and set it to a number, like cl_forwardspeed 300 (please notice that you can not set it higher than the default speed only lower)

I don't think the console commands allow you to run faster anymore, but there are some scripts if you really need it.
