Look in steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead/left 4 dead/sounds
Well if you downloaded the L4D BETA you would have all those.
Not totaly sure about this;
But I belive if you get an update for a L4D server, you should recive all the content from the game.

Nova, the L4D Beta would be Warez, considering the game is already out, and has been for a year.
Download gcfscape and open your steamapps folder and go 2 l4d sound's or whatever it is!?
