hey guys, I just recently joined Facepunch, so, I hope i don't sound like a noob when I ask...
where do you put Rar files? I honestly don't know. Usually when I download stuff, it comes with a models,materials,lua, etc. But some of the files here are RAR files and I don't know where they go...
could I get some help?
A rar file is the same as a ZIP file (Compressed folder)

well, ok. I use WinRAR, but I still am not sure where to place the file. Addons? The Gmod folder itself?
So after you extract the RAR file, copy the folder it produce to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yourusernamehere\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons and ba bam done.
