Ok...So i went over to my friends house and i downloaded g mod there....well he has a ATI and i have Nvdia. So i get home today hoping to play it but now i have this error...,Failed to create D3D Device.... i have tried everything steam recomended and still nothing. What do i do!?

Okay. Do other 3d games work? Also, your PC sucks, I wouldn't be surprised if your graphics card was dying. It's older than dirt.

That video card is ancient, you might want to upgrade. I think you're alright for RAM and CPU but neither are brilliant. Is it an integrated graphics card? I don't think it makes a difference, I'm just curious.
I think that's a graphics chip, not a card.
