Your two issues are completely unrelated. We need your PC specs... all of them. CPU: GPU: RAM: [editline]12:24AM[/editline] and any other info that may seem useful.
Ok... pc specs...CPU:AMD Athlon (tm)64X2 Dual core processor 4800+(2 CPU'S),~2.5GHz GPU:NVIDIA Geforce 6150SE nForce 430 Ram: 2gb

That video card is ancient, you might want to upgrade. I think you're alright for RAM and CPU but neither are brilliant. Is it an integrated graphics card? I don't think it makes a difference, I'm just curious.
I think that's a graphics chip, not a card.
I think that's a graphics chip, not a card.
it is a onboard chip: http://www.nvidia.com/page/gpu_mobo_tech_specs.html
