ok listen, my server works perfectly like the gamemode and people can join right but.. in my friends list i tell people to like join but when the right click my name n see game info it says server not responding??
They have to join through console...... ( connect *ip here* )

That's unfixable, unfortunately. If you're hosting a listen server you won't be able to fix it, it's been a bug that's annoyed me for quite some time, you could even say that the bug.. bugs me.
On another note, if you're running on a less-than-gaming PC, you won't be able to play lag-free while hosting a dedicated at the same time as playing yourself.
