I have a problem. A small problem, but one that bothers me greatly. There is no water. It is gone. Allow me to elaborate.
Thursday, when I bought Gmod and Portal, both the latest patches and versions and such, I decided to play portal for about an hour. Then, I went to play Gmod for an hour. I decided to do what every noob does, and play the first map. Construct. Everything looked nice, except one detail was missing. Still is missing, actually. The lake was not there. Or so it seemed. I went over to the sandy crater, and I saw ripples around my feet, floating in the air. I went in further, and I was underwater. The underwater textures were fine. But the surface textures weren't there at all. The water is practically invisible.
TL;DR version: There is no water surface texture.
I own Portal and Garry's Mod (there was no version number.). No other Source Games. I have a Dell Inspiron 530 with 6GB of RAM, WinVista, 500GB HDD, and an Intel Graphics Chipset of some sort.
Please help me, it's really beginning to become a bother.

That GPU probably isn't able to handle the graphics.
