Yeah, we need some more info on this. Its all about a story that refers to nothing big about it and that you need developers. And some other stuff, which don't refer to much.

Optimizing the map will help, but there's still a large chance the player will get a buffer overflow when joining. If you're planning on having huts that players can build which will stay, they will also be entities, and contribute to this. It's possible, but I doubt you'd be able to use sents or source entities for it.

I think this would just be better as a sandbox server with rules. You can just RP the power and stuff.

I just hate rping the power because there are very little role-players left with the mental capacity to do this. I want it to expand so people with lower smarts can play with it. trugh i like thea idea, thomasfn is right. it wont work whit a map full of entitys of homes and stuff you wil need to optimize it so hard to just get 5-15 players in i gues (full grid and full city)

You contradicted yourself more then twice in the first post... Why are you posting this here?. Words mean next to nothing when it comes to declarations like this. What matters is the progress you have made. Unfortunately I see no progress made so far other then it costing money to spawn advanced duplications which is actually pathetically easy to do... How about this; come back when you have made some progress and provide screen shots and a video. People shouldn't be asking for a team here on facepunch, especially since you have no intention of paying anyone on your team. Seriously, theres a lot of good lua scripters on this forum but they wont even bother considering such a position if they don't get paid. It will probably be the same for anyone else that knows what they are doing. That is all.

If I read this right you just want to make some empty cities with a pod building stage then a build stage and then a build/hunt/defend stage. Looks pretty awesome. I suggest you use some sort of multi purpose tool that you can only use when you have the required item. like for a wheel you need the wheel itself in your inventory and a screw. That shouldn't be that hard.

What gamemode is this?.
I think you need a new map, not sure how a bunch of boxes can be colonized. Also, do you have any screenshots of the actual gamemode itself? Like maybe things that would make it differ from sandbox, or DarkRP? Right now, that's what I see it as... Maybe that's just me.
