I'm starting a new server and I'd like addon suggestions

Do you guys have any advise , addons , and other wise that might be good for a new sever and a new sever owner ?
PHX3(SVN), WIRE(SVN), Them are the 2 most common things, on servers :) Also ADV. Dupe
and one more suggestion. I think you should make your server into a stranded server. because theres not that many out there, and if there are they are either laggy for me or speak some weird language :D

I want to make a War/Sandbox sever so do you know any really big maps or good car or etc mods ?

I guess flatgrass is the best for fighting -.- . Maybe Freespace or gm_new worlds? (Don't forget to turn Noclip off.)
You should get Fading door tool, Phx3/Wire DEFINATLEY or you will be laughed at (kidding, your server will be the most unpopular though.) Get Stacker tool, and some entities: Mobile spawn point, Helicopter. Sweps: KERMITES WEAPON PACK, maybe grappling hook, Halosweps, maybe Tf2 sweps and Realistic css weapons.

Got all of those but im going to use GM atomic cuase it works for Combat/build
I suggest getting ULX or assmod 3.0
2 VERY handy admin mods, only get one though not both.
gstream is cool , it allows you to add a libary of music to play in your server , once downloaded press f4

There is no assmod 3.0, the last official one is 2.0, and thomasfn is working on 4.0.
