Anyways. So the mysql server is on the same box your dedicated server is running? And is that the correct port?

Cider conflicts with Assmod I think, try deleting it.

tried taking the port out?

Your database in your mysql is named Database: `Cider`
when your connection table in gmod is named cider.configuration["MySQL Database"] = "players";
