• People spawning npcs

My community has a dark rp set up and all of a sudden people started spawning npcs. How do we disable it?
Add this to the server.cfg [code]sbox_maxnpcs 0[/code]
A head admin on the server said he did that, but im not sure if he actually did. Thank you for the reply, ill try this again.
