Anti NoClip Shield

As the title says, I'm looking for an Anti NoClip shield. I know it exists because I saw one on an online server but I can't find it =(

I've seen this one but this tool enable to give a prop a antiNoClip ability. I'm looking for an AntiNoClip [u]shield[/u]

Although it's part of a bigger pack, there's a shield that comes with the stargate pack that prevents users noclipping in.

The stargate shield's anti noclip ability was broken when the new noclip arrived.
