Server Modifications

So I have a list of things I want to modify in the sandbox gamemode.
Including:

The HUD
Q menu layout (color)
chat
scoreboard

I need help adding these files to my server and making it work 100% (or close)
Could anyone try helping me with this because I dont know where to put these or even what files to overwrite if I need to.....
