redead zombies stuck inside player

Hello chaps!

Trying to set up a 'redead' server but noticed a problem.

The zombies, when ran into, will get stuck inside you (the human player) rendering you immobile.

Its not only annoying but a lot harder :(

So I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to assist me with this.
