where do i get the HL2/Ep1/Ep2 and portal gcf files?

in the dedicated server setup tutorial in gmod wiki, it said

Im not understanding where i get these gcf files, where do i get them?
and if i haft to download HL2, Ep1, Ep2, And portal, is there a way i can skip all that and just get the gcfs?

From your own steamapps folder on your local pc you then have to upload them too the server. If you dont have the games downloaded you wont have the .gcf files so unfortunately you will need to download these games.
