Why does this model not have animations on my server?

It just moves around in a scarecrow kind of position. How do I fix this? I can see the model but I can't get him to be animated.

Did you have the previous version then install the latest version? Because he clearly states this :
'If you DL this and then DL the original, then it won't work. The original model has the same name, so it will replace the one with the player animations'
