I have been having this problem only a few days, I have deleted through steam and re-installed through steam, uninstalled and re-installed all my addons, and it still persists.

Does anyone know if I can completely delete [b]everything[/b] to do with Gmod [b](As in the Gmod folder inside steamapps/<username>)[/b] without disabling my ability to re-download it?
Else, is there another way to [b]completely[/b] re-install? Deleting through steam doesn't seem to do anything other than disable starting the game up - it doesn't delete anything at all.

If the method includes deleting everything, please do not hesitate to give me as much advice as you can. i have made backups of all my adv dupes and expressions, and all the mods I have that are not SVN (SVNs I can simply export again).
I am prepared to take whatever means necessary to fix this problem, so please, be as technically advanced as is required.[/highlight]
