Okay, here's the situation:
[B]Game-mode[/B]: NOT sandbox, Dark RP, GM Stranded, Gmod RP
[B]Add-on's used[/B]: Now there's alot, but one's that I think could be the problem is Rag Mod, Gib Mod 1.5, or any other mod that changes the player's physical status.
[B]Background[/B]: A group of three, sometimes four to five people, play on private server. They tried playing different game-modes (the ones listed above) and got these strange visual issues. My status in the private server is Super Admin, any server related answers I will direct to the Server Owner, whom I talk to mostly everyday.
[B]What happens in-game[/B]: I noticed that in Stranded, when you die, your player seems to be moving like usual (I had another person in the server to tell me that) but the player's FOV is still where he died originally, that and no entities show up on the screen, just the geometry of the map. This happens in Dark RP as well, but it seems when you ragdoll and attempt to get up, your character gets up (again I had another player to tell me that) but the FOV is as it was before. (some kind of scripting error with Rag mod maybe? I don't know) This didn't only happen to me either, the other people that told me this also got it after awhile as well.
[B]Off-topic[/B]: Also, in Gmod RP, I had a player complain that his screen was just pitch black. The screen wouldn't change. He was still physically moving in the game, I don't know if this may be a scripting error with Gmod RP?
I've searched the forums for awhile now, but I found nothing relative to my issue. Maybe I'm using wrong keywords? Perhaps I should forward this to the developers of the game-modes and add-ons I listed above.
Try removing the addons that you installed recently. If the problem started just recently, then the addons/gamemodes that you got recently probably are messing with your Gmod.

The only recent mods would probably be to the two I listed above.
Though we've had rag mod ever since it came out (i think) or at least when it first hit the front page in [url]www.garrysmod.org[/url]
As for gib mod 1.5, it seems to conflict alittle with rag mod, that might be the issue with these strange visual problems. Also we just got gib mod 1.5 last week.
I'll try to show a little video of this strange issue when I can.

It seems to be the server. The original host's name I'll call Peter. Now Peter loads his server with mods, and it could just be a addon conflict. One of our friends in our group (I'll call him Davis) Hosted a dedicated server with (i think) no addons, running dark rp on hometown '99. No issues on Davis' server. So again, it may just be an addon issue.
The entire reason I posted this is because I wanted to see if anyone else who is having the same problem would have their question answered in this post.

I'm pretty sure it's the server now. It only happens on Peter's server, not Davis's. Problem solved. Though I can't pin-point which mods cause this visual glitch.
