Everytime I try to connect to a server on Gmod it always says "Your steam user ID is logged on to another computer." And I always try other games and it works perfect. Can someone tell me what I need to do to stop this and try to avoid telling me to reinstall steam unless thats the only way please. Thanks
yes i have this problem too. it is because you have logged onto another computer and tried to play gmod i have no idea how to make it stop but it would be nice if someone did, it makes it so you cannot play at all.
Delete everything in your Steam folder except for the Steamapps folder and Steam.exe
whoa dude i have A LOT of things in my steam folder if i deleted them i think it would not be good
Then just delete clientregistry.blob
You should delete the lot though.
Log out of steam properly, then log back in.
