Ok so do you know when in garrysmod say single player, you press 1 to 9 on the line which is horizontal right under your F keys, and on top of garrys mod there will be boxes 1-9 each of them with a picture and it if you have more then one weapon the menu drops down? Well in june i noticed it was missing, so i asked a friend why this drop down menu was there anymore and he said it happened to me but it will come back. So now its November how do i get that menu to display my weapons?
Is this trolling, or are you seriously trying to ask a question through those disjointed sentences? Fix the question so it makes sense.

Actaully nevermind its still not working i cleared my whole addons deleted alot of maps what else should i delete?

He means that the inventory is missing not the weapons itself. Press escape while in game then go to Options > Keyboard > Advanced Settings. In the dialog that appears, uncheck "Fast weapon switch" or something like that.
Your weapons should now be showing
