Laggy FRAPS Help

Hello once again,
i was wondering if there was anyway of FRAPS getting higher frame rate than 2 fps D:

My computer specs are:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit)
System Model: HP Pavilion dv9700 Notebook PC
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5450 @1.66 GHz (2 CPUS) ~1.7 GHz
RAM: 2046 MB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS

Have you tried lowering the Fraps settings? If that doesn't work, change the resolution lower on your game. Most videos are of a small size anyway (around 640x480) which is usually the lowest resolution in most games.

but lowers res = lower graphics :[

ive used source recorder b4, its ok but its too hard to use... :[

Keep using it, after afew videos it just comes naturally
