hello i have been having problems downloading things for gmod and the main ones i have wanted a the ones for spacebuild if anyone has the links for what i need for spacebuild and what spacebuild i should get and which folder do i put it in plz.
Do you mean you can't log in to Garrysmod.org? Or are you looking for SVN links?
i can log into but when i download them they dont show up i think im downloading them wrong and i also dont know what i need to download and what versions

you just set your gmod addons folder, and tick what you want.

2.0 beta works fine, addons folder is in Steam/steamapps/"your steam username"/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons
right so when it is downloaded where do i put it into and how does it work
it downloads straight to your addons directory, so you dont have to move them anywhere. When you next play a game of gmod, theyll be there.

no.... this tool replaces the need for garrysmod.org, you just tick the addons on the program , hit update and it downloads them for you, that program gets the addons like wiremod, that are updated frequently, garrysmod.org isn't the best place to get those addons, because theyre usually out of date, however if you do use garrysmod.org you just have to drop the files into the addon folder, its really not that hard.
oh so i download it and it has all of the things i can get and i just tick what i want they download to the addons and it updates when it needs to?
yes, except it only updates when you press the update button.
ok cool ty alot man that is a life saver when i get home tomorrow that is the first thing im getting then deleting all my old stuff on gmod and then getting the proper stuff ty again
