• NPC problem

I have a NPC problem. Why don't the TF 2 Heavy stand up? I tried using the Keep Upright tool, with no luck.
The TF2 characters aren't NPCs, they're ragdolls.
Okay, so do I make a rag doll Stand up ?
Use the physgun. Grab the head, pull it up, then freeze it. Go from there until it looks like he is standing up.
