I assume you mean putting an image in your post? It's simple just do this:

Upload it to a filesharing website like imageshack.com, the name of the image does nothing.

You have to host it somewhere. Go here: [url]http://tinypic.com/[/url]
Upload it, then copy the link, paste, and surround with img tags as stated above.
