Can only see one server at a time.

Every time I load Garry's mod it won't list all available servers, most of the time only one server is shown, but sometimes it will show multiple servers. The list changes everytime I refresh. Two examples:

Any ideas why this would happen?

Yeah, stop torrenting, a bit torrent client drains the hell out of your bandwith aswell as full speed downloads,

Disable Local Area Connection located in Networks, then re-enable.
Or
Turn off your router/modem and then restart.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be so easy. I actually am running this on a fresh machine with nothing but steam and antivirus installed. The only possibility I have narrowed it down to is that it's the network setup. I have a wireless modem attached to a Motorola CANOPY radio DSL interface. I can access the settings on the router, but the CANOPY settings are just out of my reach. It remains a mystery...
