One time someone gave me a link to use the console for Gmod, outside of Gmod. I didn't get it, (Erm, bad idea >_<) and now I kind of want it. He isn't on much, so, I think I would get a faster answer here.
I'm looking for a Console I can use outside of Gmod, to use on my server that is Hosted, NOT Dedicated.
Anyone know about one? If so, please leave a link.

Uhm, I suppose you can run HLSW in the background and just loop the connection to your internal IP. That may work.
